Rules update!

Spades here, been updating the website a little bit. You'll notice the rules now have a date to them in accordance to their last update. I've added some rules regarding the creation of canon characters and content on this wiki. It's not allowed. However, that doesn't mean you're not allowed to use canon content at all. You'll understand if you read the rules. If you still don't know what the heck I'm talking about, feel free to poke me and I'll explain. :)
